Shipping policy
(ENGLISH)
From Monday to Friday, orders will be proceed in the same day of their purchase if they are made before 2pm. Orders received after 2pm will be sent the next day. On Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays, there will be no delivery of orders. Once the order is placed, an email will be sent to confirm the purchase. When the order ships, an email will be sent to you including the tracking number.
Important: Unfortunately, international deliveries may incur additional import charges or local taxes, which are not the responsibility of Virago Barcelona and will therefore need to be assumed by the customer in order to receive the goods. In case you refuse to pay the import taxes and your package is returned to us, we will have to pay taxes and this taxes will be deducted from your refund.
Shipping cost
The cost of each shipment will be calculated automatically and detailed at the time of confirming the purchase so that it is always approved by the customer before confirming the payment.

De lunes a viernes, los pedidos se harán efectivos en el mismo día de su compra siempre que se realicen antes de las 14:00h. Los pedidos recibidos después de las 14:00h se enviarán el día siguiente. Los sábados, domingos y días festivos, no habrá salida ni entrega de pedidos. Una vez realizado el pedido, se enviará un correo electrónico para confirmar la compra. Cuando el pedido se envíe, recibirás un correo electrónico con el número de seguimiento.
Importante: Lamentablemente, los envíos internacionales pueden incurrir en gastos de importación adicionales o impuestos locales, los cuales son ajenos a Virago Barcelona y por tanto deberán ser responsabilidad del cliente para recibir la mercancía.
Gastos de envío
El coste de cada envío se calculará automáticamente y se detallará en el momento de confirmar la compra para que siempre sea aprobado por el cliente antes de confirmar el pago.
