Returning process:

What matters most to us is that you feel good with our designs so, if this is not the case, you can request the return of your purchase by sending an email to info@viragobarcelona.com within a maximum period of 14 calendar days from receipt of the order. Any claim regarding the delivery of product(s) must be submitted in 14 calendar days following receipt of the product(s). They must be sent in their original condition, labelling and packaging.

Exchanges and returns are at customer's cost. You can choose the shipping company that best suits your needs and deliver it to the address we send you when you contact us through email at info@viragobarcelona.com. The transport tracking number must be provided within a maximum of three working days after the request of the return.

Once the product has been received at our office, you will receive an email informing you of the refund made to the credit or debit card with which you made your purchase within a maximum of 14 working days. The amount of the refund corresponds to that of the purchase, including shipping costs (except from express shipping costs or special requirements).

Any parcel returned after the prescribed timeframe shall be refused and returned to the sender. The costs and risks pertaining to the return of product(s) are borne by the sender.

Exchange process:

If you are interested in a different colour, size or style, please return your item(s) to us following the procedure explained above and simply purchase the new piece separately at viragobarcelona.com.

Important notice for international orders: In case you refuse to pay the import taxes and your package is returned to us, we will have to pay taxes and this taxes will be deducted from your refund.

*Bags on PRE-ORDER are made especially for you, so no returns will be accepted except in the case of faults. 

*Due to hygienic reasons, we cannot accept returns of earrings.

Important: Returns are not accepted for final sale items (indicated in the product page).

 

Legal terms:

The Customer shall have the right to withdraw from the contract for a period of 14 calendar days (hereinafter referred to as the "withdrawal period") without giving any reason, starting from the date of delivery of the order.

To exercise the right of withdrawal, the Client must indicate to VIRAGO BARCELONA, within the withdrawal period, his intention to withdraw from the contract, by sending an email to info@viragobarcelona.com.

Likewise, the Customer may indicate his/her intention to withdraw from the contract by means of any type of unequivocal declaration in which the Customer states his/her intention to withdraw, for example, by sending us an e-mail to info@viragobarcelona.com.

If the Client withdraws from the contract, the amount paid, including shipping costs (with the exception of additional costs arising from the possible choice of a type of delivery other than the least costly standard delivery type offered), shall be refunded to the Client without undue delay and, in any event, before 14 days have elapsed since the date on which VIRAGO BARCELONA was informed of the decision to withdraw from the contract. National (Spain) return costs will be paid by VIRAGO BARCELONA. For the rest of the countries, the Client will pay for the return costs of the Product unless the return is due to a lack of conformity of the Product with the contract in which case VIRAGO BARCELONA will be responsible for them.

The Customer is responsible for any decrease in the value of the goods resulting from a use other than that necessary to establish the nature, characteristics or functioning of the goods.

VIRAGO BARCELONA will not proceed to reimburse the amount until the goods are received or until proof is received from the Customer that the goods have been returned, depending on which condition is met first.

Proceso de devolución:

Lo que más nos importa es que te sientas bien con nuestros diseños, así que entendemos que, si no se da ese caso, puedes solicitar la devolución de tu compra enviando un correo a info@viragobarcelona.com en un período máximo de 14 días naturales desde la recepción del pedido. Cualquier reclamación relativa a la entrega de los productos debe presentarse en los 14 días naturales siguientes a la recepción de los mismos. Deben enviarse en su condiciones, etiquetado y embalaje originales.

Los gastos de devolución nacionales correrán a cargo del cliente. Tienes 2 opciones para realizar una devolución:

- Envío: Una vez hayamos recibido el email de solicitud de devolución, puedes proceder a programar el envío. Tienes 14 días desde el día de la entrega del producto para hacernos llegar el número de seguimiento del envío. Es imprescindible que el artículo se devuelva en las mismas condiciones en las que fue entregado, manteniendo su etiqueta y embalaje originales. 

Una vez recibamos el producto en nuestras oficinas, recibirás un email informándote del reembolso realizado en la tarjeta de crédito o débito con la que hiciste tu compra, en un plazo máximo de 14 días laborables. El importe de la devolución corresponde al de la compra (a excepción de las devoluciones de Europa, donde se restará el cargo de 10€ de la devolución), incluyendo los gastos de envío (a excepción de gastos de envío express o peticiones especiales).

Proceso de cambios:

Si estás interesada en un color, talla o modelo distinto, sigue el mismo proceso descrito anteriormente para devolver el producto y simplemente realiza una nueva compra en viragobarcelona.com.

*Los bolsos en PRE-ORDER están fabricados especialmente para ti, por lo que no se aceptarán devoluciones salvo en caso de desperfectos.

*Por razones de higiene, no podemos aceptar devoluciones de pendientes.

Importante: No se aceptan devoluciones de artículos de las colecciones anteriores (indicados en la página del producto).

 

Términos legales:

El Cliente tendrá derecho a desistir del contrato durante un periodo de 14 días naturales (en adelante “plazo de desistimiento”) sin indicar el motivo, a contar desde la fecha de la entrega del pedido.

Para ejercer el derecho de desistimiento, el Cliente, deberá indicar a VIRAGO BARCELONA, dentro del plazo de desistimiento, su intención de desistir del contrato, cumplimentando y enviando el modelo de formulario de desistimiento (para devoluciones) que encontrará al final de las presentes condiciones a la dirección de email info@viragobarcelona.com.

Asimismo, el Cliente podrá indicar su voluntad de desistir del contrato mediante cualquier tipo de declaración inequívoca en la que el Cliente manifieste su voluntad de desistir, por ejemplo, enviándonos un correo electrónico a info@viragobarcelona.com.

Si el Cliente desiste del contrato, se le reembolsará el importe pagado, incluidos los gastos de envío (a excepción de los costes suplementarios derivados de la eventual elección de un tipo de entrega distinto del tipo menos costoso de entrega estándar ofrecido), sin indebido retraso y, en cualquier caso, antes de que pasen 14 días desde la fecha en que se informó a VIRAGO BARCELONA de la decisión de desistir del contrato. Los gastos de devolución que se produzcan dentro de España correrán a cargo de VIRAGO BARCELONA. Para el resto de países, los gastos de devolución correrán a cargo del Cliente salvo que la devolución se produzca como consecuencia de una falta de conformidad del Producto con el contrato en cuyo caso, VIRAGO BARCELONA se hará cargo de los gastos de devolución del Producto.

El Cliente es responsable de la disminución de valor de la mercancía que se derive de un uso distinto del Producto al necesario para establecer la naturaleza, las características o el funcionamiento de la mercancía.

VIRAGO BARCELONA no procederá a reembolsar el importe hasta que se reciba la mercancía o hasta que se reciba una prueba por parte del Cliente de que se ha reenviado la mercancía, según qué condición se cumpla primero.
